What is Tummybuddy?

Tummybuddy is a quiet companion designed to help you reflect on what you eat, how you feel, and how to live better with your body—especially when food becomes complicated. Whether you're navigating IBS, coeliac disease, food intolerances, or just trying to eat in a way that feels right, Tummybuddy offers calm, non-judgemental support.

What Tummybuddy Does

  • Helps you log meals, symptoms, and reflections
  • Tracks gentle patterns across time using memory
  • Suggests safe foods and habits based on real medical sources
  • Supports emotional check-ins when food feels difficult
  • Helps build a better relationship with your body—day by day

What Tummybuddy Doesn’t Do

  • Doesn’t diagnose, predict, or prescribe
  • Doesn’t push diets or products
  • Doesn’t assume or judge

Ethical Statement

Tummybuddy is grounded in NICE guidelines, Coeliac UK, BDA toolkits, and Monash University’s FODMAP research. It does not replace medical care. It is built to assist—not advise—and always defers to professional support.
