Tummybuddy is an independent educational and wellbeing reflection resource published by George Sfougaras.
For privacy enquiries, contact: gsfougaras1@gmail.com
This policy applies to the Tummybuddy ChatGPT plugin and its companion website. It does not cover the discontinued standalone Tummybuddy application.
Tummybuddy offers printable food and wellbeing journals, general educational information and assistance organising notes for health appointments.
It is not a medical service and does not provide diagnoses, treatments or guarantees about food safety.
The ChatGPT plugin does not operate a separate journal database, subscription system or personal account service.
When you use Tummybuddy within ChatGPT, information you enter is processed by OpenAI and its service providers under the applicable ChatGPT privacy policies and settings.
The Tummybuddy publisher does not independently receive your conversations or journal entries through this plugin. We cannot access, erase or control ChatGPT's stored conversations, memory or retention settings.
You may use printable blank journals or fictional examples rather than disclose personal information.
Please avoid sharing medical records, identifying information or another person's private health information.
Our companion website is hosted by Yola. Yola and its infrastructure providers may process technical information associated with visits, such as connection data, browser information and IP addresses.
Cookies may be used for website operation, security and, depending on the site's configuration, analytics or other features.
Where legally required, non-essential cookies must be subject to appropriate consent controls.
The website does not provide an online journal database or synchronise personal journal entries.
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, your message and any information you voluntarily provide.
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, maintain necessary correspondence and fulfil applicable legal responsibilities. Our usual lawful basis for handling ordinary support enquiries is legitimate interests in providing support. Where retention is legally required, we rely on the relevant legal obligation.
Support correspondence is handled through Google's Gmail service.
We do not sell support information or use it for advertising.
Resolved support emails are deleted within 90 days of the enquiry being closed, unless a specific legal obligation or genuine dispute requires longer retention. Unresolved enquiries are retained only while reasonably necessary and reviewed periodically.
Please do not email medical records or detailed personal health histories.
Yola and its infrastructure providers support the website. Google processes support correspondence. OpenAI and its service providers process ChatGPT conversations under their own applicable policies.
These providers may process information outside the United Kingdom, subject to applicable data protection requirements and their respective arrangements.
Under applicable UK data protection law, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, and request data portability where applicable.
For support information held by the Tummybuddy publisher, contact gsfougaras1@gmail.com.
For information entered into ChatGPT, use OpenAI's privacy settings and data-rights procedures.
You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at https://ico.org.uk.
You can use our blank journal offline without submitting its contents to the publisher.
We will update this policy when our services or data-handling practices change, and publish the date of revision.
Any future standalone application involving accounts, stored health journals or subscriptions will require separate privacy information.
